You can place your concert, festival, seminar, or workshop event on WA/NW-ACDA's calendar. We urge you to do so! It's easy. Just follow the instructions below. MENC, AGO, and other groups should feel free to post events, too.

Be sure the material you place on the calendar is appropriate to the interests of choral directors and patrons of the choral art. Your children's birthdays, while vital information, nah...probably not here!

Festivals, choral contest dates, college/university events, professional touring choirs...virtually anything likely to be of interest to directors and choral students around the state is welcome.

We reserve the right to delete inappropriate material and will not require a password unless it becomes necessary.

User friendly instructions: Read all of this first and then...
Click on the name of your state at the right to
be taken to your state's calendar. It's easy. Just find the date for your event, click on the actual number (day of the month) and then place the appropriate information in the box as directed.

At the first box where data is entered, please be brief. The event, name of the group, the place, the time and little else should go there. Then where you find the box that allows for "pop-up" information, fill in the details as you wish, including your own Web site address if that would be helpful to you. Limiting the first box to the basics will keep the calendar more manageable as to appearance.
Once in a while this free calendar program pops up with a "can't find this page error message." Almost invariably, hitting the "back" button and trying again, you'll find it will open just fine!)
